Raymond Bukenya is an RZIM Itinerant Speaker and Director of Missions for RZIM Africa. He was born and raised in Kampala (Uganda). Raymond graduated with a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University (Kampala), before completing the OCCA Programme in 2014 and serving as an RZIM African Adjunct based in Uganda.
He enjoys speaking on a range of topics including God and Science, Morality, Humanity, the Essence of the Truth of Christianity to all people of all nations, and the Exclusivity of Christ among so many alternatives of our day.
Outside of RZIM, Raymond has previously served as a Missionary among the Karimojojng people of North Eastern Uganda, with Karamoja Diocese (COU) as the youth, students, and children’s ministry coordinator. He currently is Discipleship Coordinator for the Diocese of Kampala (Anglican) whose secretariat is at All Saints Cathedral Nakasero. He is also Chaplain in Charge of a newly planted Marketplace Chapel (Ebenezer Chapel), in Kigoowa (Ntinda), Kampala.
He loves to read and teach and is currently pursuing his MA Missions at the University of Winchester, UK.
Raymond is widowed to Brenda, and lives in Kira-Namugongo (Kampala) with their three children.
